A 32-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated assault and battery in the Beckham County District Court.
Sagen Kaye Kendall was charged on January 28.
The investigation began on January 2 when Elk City Police were dispatched to Walmart.
The Walmart Loss Prevention associate reportedly told the ECPD officer that Kendall was shopping in the store and punched another female in the face.
The alleged victim was reportedly 71-yearsold.
The alleged victim reportedly stated she was pushing her shopping cart down the aisle with her 4-year-old grandson walking behind her when Kendall came walking by quickly.
A dispute allegedly ensued that allegedly led to Kendall striking the alleged victim.
