To: All Legionnaires, Veterans and Spouses From: Commander Elmo May In accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the American Legion, Department of Oklahoma, you are hereby called to attend the 2025 District 7 Joint Conference, to be held: Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025 Location: American Legion Post 146, 906 N. 4th St, Sayre, OK 73662 Registration: 0800 to 0900 Conference: Begins at 0900 Purpose: 1. Conduct the business of District 7 2. Hear reports from Department Officers, committees, and programs 3. Collaborate on upcoming American Legion activities 4. Review and act on submitted resolutions 5. Strengthening unity and communication among all branches of the Legion family All Legionnaires, Veterans and Spouses are invited and encouraged to attend. The conference will begin with a joint general session, after which each group will break out into their respective meetings. Legion Family attire or uniforms is encouraged. Strong attendance from every post, squadron, unit and community will ensure a successful conference and a stronger District 7.
