Christmas Drive - Nov 8 to Dec 10 Donate toys for kids 0 to 14, any size coats (kid or adult), any blankets. Drop off locations include First Baptist Church, First Methodist Church, Sayre Catholic Church, Spring Creek Baptist, Sassy Chic, Sayre City Hall, and Sayre Public Library Christmas Lights on Main - Lights are already up on the east side of the street, next we will get them on the west side. These are already purchased and will just need to be installed.

Christmas in the Park - Volunteers are needed to help with lights and decorations. This year’s goals are the entrance and lights around the tree trunks. A light drive was held after Christmas last year with good success. There should be enough lights to do this, if there is enough help to get it done. However, if you have extra lights or extension cords, they are still wanted and needed. You can drop them off at Sayre National golf course. Getting the Spirit - Now till Dec 6 Businesses are encouraged to get in the spirit of the holidays with a friendly competition of either best storefront or best window. Winners will be announced at Hometown Christmas.

Hometown Christmas - Dec 6, 6pm - ? There was discussion of a lighted parade to start at 6 to include kids on bikes, golf carts, horses, groups throwing candy, etc. A 16 foot tree will be delivered to town the week of Thanksgiving. The school choir and band will be performing. Inside the old Trinity building there will be vendors and community booths. There will be some awesome food trucks. From 3pm to 9pm. A Scavenger Hunt will be hosted by downtown businesses. Lastly, Santa will be available for pictures after the parade till 8pm.
