Sweetwater Jr. High School Robotics Team
The Sweetwater Jr. High School Robotics Team recently demonstrated exceptional skill and engineering prowess at the OKBEST Robotics Competition held at Moore High School on November 8th. The team put forth a valiant effort throughout the day, competing in 20 matches.
Their hard work and strategic design placed them in a strong position, securing the lead after the semi-finals.
Although they faced tough competition in the finals and ultimately earned second place overall, the team’s achievements extended far beyond the final score.
A standout moment came when their robot earned the prestigious “Most Robust” award. This honor is a testament to the students’ outstanding design and construction skills, given to the team whose robot requires the least amount of repairs during the intense day of competition.
