We can help you find resources available to help you age in place. Some services available are, Nutrition – Congregate/Home Delivered Meals, Transportation Services, Family Caregiver Support Program, Legal Aid Services, Health Promotion, Veterans Services, ADvantage Services (In-Home Services), Chore Services, Minor Home Repair, Eyeglasses, Dentures, Masonic Charities Foundation-Ramps, Lift Chair, Appliances.
