Juniors Peyton Ashmore and Alexander Misener traveled to Plainview, Texas, to compete in the Western Equipment AG Tech Invitational. The contest consisted of a written test and a mechanical aptitude evaluation. John Deere mowers, Gators, tractors, harvesting equipment, and related parts were considered for equipment evaluation and testing. Peyton Ashmore was 4th overall with winning a scholarship and a toolbox full of tools, while Alexander Misener was 8th overall and won a toolbox and tools.
This is National School Counselor appreciation week. Canute is so blessed to have Mrs. Lindsey Pruett at Canute Public Schools! She does more for the school that we could possibly list! Mrs. Pruett, THANK YOU for the care and compassion you show to the staff and students and your dedication to the school!
