ELKS Academy students learned some money matters from Justin Koch of Copper Sky Wealth today. Justin covered a variety of topics including cash, credit, credit scores, credit cards, savings and investing. His number one thing for them to remember is time, start saving when you are young. He provided a practical example of how compound interest works to double their money once they start investing after establishing an emergency fund and savings. Students had many good questions and were provided several good tips to help them with their financial future.
