OKFB Foundation for Agriculture Launches Oklahoma Wildfire Relief Fund With $30,000 Donation Match

Donations to support long-term recovery efforts for rural Oklahomans affected by 2026 wildfires

OKLAHOMA (Feb. 27, 2026) — The Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture is collecting donations to support Oklahomans impacted by devastating wildfires that swept across parts of the state in early 2026.

Funds raised will assist farmers and ranchers as they work through the long recovery process following the fires.

The foundation is offering a dollar-for-dollar match on donations, along with Oklahoma Farm Bureau and Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance, each matching up to $10,000, for a total potential match of $30,000.

“When wildfires impact our rural communities, the effects are immediate but the recovery takes months and sometimes years,” said Greg Golden, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance.

“Our farmers and ranchers are resilient, but they should not have to rebuild alone. Through the OKFB Foundation for Agriculture, we are committed to standing alongside Oklahoma’s agriculture community for the long haul.

Every donation, especially with this matching opportunity, helps ensure families have the resources they need to recover and rebuild.”

Oklahoma Farm Bureau understands that wildfire recovery extends far beyond the initial emergency response.

For farmers and ranchers, rebuilding can include replacing fencing, repairing structures and restoring damaged land and infrastructure.

The OKFB Foundation for Agriculture takes a long-term approach to disaster relief, ensuring affected agricultural families have access to resources necessary for a full recovery.

Individuals and organizations are encouraged to contribute to the 2026 Oklahoma Wildfire Relief efforts.

Donations can be made online, via PayPal, or through the mail with checks made out to the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture and note that the contribution is for “2026 Oklahoma Wildfire Relief.”
