State receives first made-in-Oklahoma electric vehicles from Canoo
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Today, the State of Oklahoma received its first three made-in-Oklahoma electric vehicles from Canoo as an innovative part of the state’s ongoing fleet modernization initiative. At a combined cost of $119,850, these three Lifestyle Delivery Vehicles (LDVs) are the first of their kind in the state fleet, with one each assigned to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Corrections.

NORTHEAST Kaw: Dec 31. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal (falling). Water temperature 39°F and murky. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, punch bait, shad, and worms around flats, main lake, river channel, and river mouth. Striped-hybrid and white bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, jigs, sassy shad, shad, and spoons around points and riprap. Paddlefish good on snagging around main lake and river channel. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County. Perry CCC: Dec 31. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal (stable). Water temperature 46°F and stained. Rainbow trout good on dough bait, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, and worms around coves, dam, and flats. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Elk City Leadership Hall of Fame Inductees Announced
Elk City - The Elk City Leadership Hall of Fame 2023 Inductees are Bill Ansley, Bill Khourie and Danny McClure. They will officially be inducted Tuesday, January 9, 2024, between the Elkettes and Elks Basketball Games at the Pioneer Center along with a reception honoring them 5-6 pm, also at the Pioneer Center downstairs in the hospitality room.
