The Elk City Police Department, the Elk City Fire Department, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol will be escorting the mayor, Cory Speiker, and the Elk City High School students from the Pioneer Center, located on Pioneer between 3rd Street and Country Club, to Walmart, located at 210 Regional, on Saturday, Dec. 2nd, at 10 a.m. to help with the Mayor’s Toy Drive.
